| 1958 | Our founder, Toshio Fukui, established Musashi Paint Co., Ltd. in Kosuge, Katsushika Ward with ¥2,500,000 in capital. |

| 1960 | Capital increase (¥8,000,000 in new capital). Factory moved to Kamiaokicho, Kawaguchi, Saitama. Separated the management department and moved to Zoshigaya, Toshima Ward. |
| 1962 | Headquarters moved to Minami Ikebukuro, Toshima Ward. |
| 1965 | Capital increase (¥11,500,000 in new capital). |
| 1968: | Built a new factory in the Musashi Industrial Complex in Iruma, Saitama. Capital increase (¥23,000,000 in new capital). |
| 1969 | Office opened in Osaka. |
| 1970 | First stage of construction finished on Iruma factory. Move began. |
| 1973 | Second stage of construction finished on Iruma factory, which became the main factory. |
| 1974 | Headquarters moved to current location (Toshima Ward, Minami Ikebukuro 2-30-16). |
| 1978 | Constructed the Glick Office Building in the same spot. |
| 1985 | Osaka Business Office became Osaka Office and was moved to Kawada, Higashi Osaka. |
| 1989 | Hideo Akiyama became President. |
| 1994 | Shuhei Fukui became President. |
| 1997 | Established the joint venture Musashi Paint Corp. Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. |
| 1998 | New color mixing factory completed in Iruma. |
| 1999 | Established the joint venture Zhongshan Musashi Paint Corporation in Zhongshan, China. Established the joint venture Musashi Paint (Hong Kong) Corporation in Hong Kong. |
| 2000 | Established the joint venture Korea Musashi Paint Corporation in Gunpo, South Korea. New technology and research building completed at the Iruma factory. |
| 2002 | Established the joint venture Suzhou Musashi Paint Corporation in Suzhou, China. Established a production base in Johor Bahru, Malaysia (moved from Kuala Lumpur). |
| 2003 | Established the Musashi Paint Trading (Shanghai) Corporation in Shanghai, China. Established the Musashi Paint International (Hong Kong) Corporation in Hong Kong. Established the joint venture Musashi Paint (Kunshan) Corporation in Kunshan, China. |
| 2004 | Quality control building completed at the Iruma factory. Established the Tianjin Musashi Paint Corporation in Tianjin, China. |
| 2005 | Split up the Iruma factory and established the 100% subsidiary Musashi Paint Manufacturing Corporation. Established the Musashi Paint General Trade (Shanghai) Corporation in Shanghai, China. |
| 2006 | Established Hungary Musashi Paint Kft. in Hungary. Established Musashi Paint California Co., Ltd. in California, USA. |
| 2008 | Established the joint venture Musashi Paint (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in Thailand. |
| 2009 | Established Musashi UK Ltd. in the United Kingdom. Established Vietnam Musashi Paint Co., Ltd. in Vietnam. Established the China R&D Center at Zhongshan Musashi Paint. |
| 2010 | Established Musashi Paint India Private Ltd. in Chennai, India. |
| 2011 | Hideki Sato became President. Established Musashi Paint Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in Thailand. Invested in U.S. Paint Corp in the United States and made it part of our group. |
| 2014 | Yumiko Fukui become President |
| 2015 | Adopted a holding company structure through a company split. |
| 2018 | Founding of PT Musashi Paint Indonesia |
| 2020 | Founding of Vietnam Musashi Paint Co., Ltd. Ha Noi Branch. Founding of Chongqing Musashi Paint Co., Ltd. |
