Job Description
- You will be involved in paint development within the Development Technology Division.
- You will be responsible for R&D activities in product development and collaborative research.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Development and testing of paints for domestic and international automotive/home appliance manufacturers.
- Provide technical support, including production trials and process improvements at client sites.
- Work closely with internal engineers, customers, and team members globally.
- Take part in joint research with partner companies and research institutions.
- Execution of existing product enhancements.
Create paints with colors and functions the world has never seen—crafted by you!
Training & Development
You’ll spend about a year learning the development process through on-the-job training (OJT) with guidance from experienced team members.
We believe mastering the basics is essential—so there’s no need to rush. We encourage you to ask questions and grow at your own pace.
Most team members become independent in 3–4 years, but we adjust to your individual pace with continuous support from senior team members.
Required Experience & Preferred Skills
【Required Qualifications】
Basic chemistry knowledge at the level of a university graduate
(e.g., Applied Chemistry or Chemistry in engineering/science faculties)
【Preferred Qualifications】
Experience in R&D or production at a manufacturing company.
